三、报价要求 / Quotation Requirements 1.报价货币：坦桑尼亚先令（TZS） 2.报价有效期：自报价截止日起 30 天 3.报价文件组成： （1）报价单（格式自拟，须包含单价、总价、金额是否含税） （2）营业执照复印件 （3）税务登记证明 （4）类似项目业绩证明（如有） （5）授权代表身份证明及授权函（如适用） 4.供应商报价： （1）报价结束（递交响应文件截止）时间：2026 年 5 月 27 日 22 时 00 分。 （2）供应商应在报价结束时间前，登录“中交招采网”进行线上报价并 上传电子响应文件。逾期未完成上传的电子响应文件，采购人将拒收。 （3）电子采购的供应商报价文件由线上电子报价表及附件共同组成。当电子报价表与附件内容冲突时，以线上电子报价表的数据为准。 1.Quotation Currency: Tanzanian Shilling (TZS) 2.Quotation Validity: 30 days from the quotation deadline 3.Quotation Documents Composition: (1)Quotation form (The format is self-written and must include the unit price, total price, and whether the amount includes tax.) (2)Copy of business license (3)Tax registration certificate (4)Proof of similar project performance (if any) (5)Identity proof of authorized representative and authorization letter (if applicable) 4.Supplier Quote: (1) End of quotation submission (deadline for submission of response documents): 22:00 on May 27, 2026. (2) Suppliers should log in to the "CCCC Procurement Network" to submit online quotations and upload electronic response documents before the end of quotation submission. Electronic response documents that are not uploaded after the deadline will be rejected by the purchaser. (3) The supplier quotation documents for electronic procurement consist of an online electronic quotation sheet and attachments. The buyer should notify the supplier of the specific quantity and other information at least 20 days in advance. After the supplier has prepared the goods, they should deliver them to the unloading location designated by our company. 2.Acceptance Criteria: Subject to the project's technical requirements and confirmation by the on-site engineer. 七、结算、付款 / Settlement and payment 供应商运输混凝土路面砖到达采购方施工现场，在路面砖施工完成并经业 主验收完成后进行结算，但除末次结算以外，每月结算一次。 银行转账，币种为坦先令。供应商应按当期结算金额提供足额、有效的 EFD 发票，采购方应在收到 EFD 发票后 10 个工作日内支付。 The supplier delivers concrete paving bricks to the purchaser's construction site. Settlement is made after the paving bricks are installed and accepted by the owner. Except for the final settlement, settlement is made monthly. Bank transfer, currency: Tanzanian shilling. The supplier shall provide a full and valid EFD invoice for the current settlement amount, and the purchaser shall make payment within 10 working days of receiving the EFD invoice. 八、评审方式 / Evaluation Method 采购方将根据报价、供货能力、业绩等因素进行综合评审，不保证最低价 中标。 The purchaser will conduct a comprehensive review based on factors such as quotation, supply capacity, and performance, and there is no guarantee that the lowest bid will be awarded. 九、合同形式 / Contract Form 中标单位将与采购方签订固定单价供货合同，除本采购文件中已有约定 外，其他具体条款以双方协商为准。 The successful bidder will sign a fixed-price supply contract with the purchaser.
